Just wanted to give an update on my Virtual Training that i just started about a month ago. The above pic is what it looks like from Skype, of a training session on Glutes from here in the US all the way to Saudi Arabia.
There is an 8 hour difference, don’t let anything stand in your way of your fitness journey. This Virtual training feels like I am right there pushing clients as well as correcting form so your workout can be productive.
